Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Aidens Kildare, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where an order needs to be canceled. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have outlined our cancellation policy below.
1. Cancellation Requests
Customers who wish to cancel an order must contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide the following details:

2. Eligibility for Cancellation
A. Orders Within 5 Minutes of Purchase
If a cancellation request is made within five (5) minutes of purchase and the order has not yet been processed or fulfilled, we will make every effort to cancel it. If successful, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
B. Orders That Are Unfulfilled
If an order has not yet been processed or fulfilled by our supplier, we will attempt to cancel it. In this case:

If the supplier approves the cancellation, we will proceed with canceling the order and issuing a refund.

If the supplier declines, the order will be processed and shipped as usual, making cancellation no longer possible.
C. Orders That Have Been Processed, Fulfilled, or Shipped
Once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, cancellation is no longer possible. If the order has already shipped, the customer must wait for the item to be delivered and follow our return policy should they wish to return the product.
3. Accidental or Duplicate Orders
In cases where an order was placed by mistake or duplicated, customers must contact us immediately. We will verify the claim and attempt to cancel the order with our supplier. If approved, the cancellation will be processed, and a refund will be issued. If the supplier does not approve, the order will proceed as normal, and the customer must follow the return policy upon receiving the item.
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

Refunds
If you are not satisfied with the goods ordered, you can return them within 14 days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can request a return form from Customer Service. Always indicate your order number! You can do this by sending an e-mail to the following address: support@aidens-kildare.com
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
1. the order still contains all the appropriate parts and components and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
2. Normal handling of the product is discounted, breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, lingerie, underwear and stockings cannot be returned.
4. the product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
5. The return will be processed within 7 business days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this period.
6. If a product has defects, you must prove it with a photo.
*We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you must do the following to initiate the return procedure.
Send an e-mail to: support@aidens-kildare.com
Make sure the e-mail contains the following:
1. Order number
2. reason for the return request
3. photo of the product in case of breakage
4. customer's first and last name
5. customer's address
We will contact you and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return to the sender, we will send you the correct address after you request it from us. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product.
